What a receipt says, in public.

Each site here bought a verified package and chose to be listed. The row repeats the receipt: which host, how many public pages, the date they were read, and the digests anyone can check against the signed receipt. What this does and does not say

A listing means CodeMani read the named public pages on the stated date, produced an AI-readable index from exactly those bytes, and signed a receipt for it. A matched check means the live pages still serve the same bytes. It is not a ranking, quality, accuracy, compliance or AI-visibility claim, and it says nothing about pages outside the listed scope. Listing is opt-in and removed on request; a lapsed Site Watch keeps its last read date and stops updating.
